I was working from 8:00am until 10:00pm most of the days before my sessions with Peter. I was overworked, I was burning out and my 10 year old son was avoiding me as I was grumpy all the time.
After three sessions with Peter I managed to get home at 5:00pm every day and get all my work done, except from one day where I made a conscious decision to stay until 9:00pm and take the next morning off. It has really changed my life, I am much more effective in my role as a leader, I delegate tasks that others can do, I’m able to set my boundaries and I am present as a mum again. When I come home, I actually get to spend some quality time with my son.
